Aloni Grove consists of 5 high quality villas currently operating as 4 star holiday rentals and are offered for sale as individual homes or as a complete purchase.

They are five fully equipped and furnished villas, each with 2 or 3 bedrooms, sleeping 4-6 persons.  Located within the village of Horafakia on the Akrotiri peninsula of Chania, close to some of the finest beaches of the area.

Each villa has its own walled private garden area with a pergola that provides both shade and a beautiful sitting area for dining. There is a large common grassed garden with a 75 sqm fully mosaic tiled swimming pool. Beside the pool there is a 16 sqm roofed pergola with dining table and a natural stone BBQ for all guests to use. A second natural stone BBQ is available for use at the other end of the pool area.

Chorafakia

This is a popular area. It is a small, quiet village on the peninsular of Akrotiri, situated halfway between Kalathas and Tersanas villages, 15kms northeast of the historic city of Chania. Due to its elevated location it offers outstanding sunset and sea views across the Bay of Chania and also Mountain views. The village is only 15 mins from the international airport and less than half an hour from the port of Souda. The area is an ideal place to relax and unwind, and has numerous shops, mini markets, tavernas and school, all within walking distance.  Additional shopping and general amenities such as large supermarkets, banks, post office, travel agency etc, are available in Kounoupidiana, just five minutes away by car. The beautiful sandy beaches of Kalathas and Tersanas are only a minute drive from Horafakia village.
