This beautiful, Eclecticist treasure (a deviation from Neoclassicism) was first built in 1930 and is situated just above the harbour of Aghios Nikolaos, a popular tourist destination. It has three levels, one being a large roof terrace with incredible views.

It is a listed building, among the few in Aghios Nikolaos, that was declared as historically important to classic architecture by the Hellenic Ministry of Environment & Energy. It was given a special permit to be renovated and restored to its former glory in 2016 by the current owner.
Regarding the exterior: The openings on the facade of the building, on the first floor, are arranged symmetrically with a large door and its characteristic cast iron balcony in the centre, and two large windows of the same size on each side.
The façade has characteristic protruding ceiling cornices and solid parapets as well as carved cornerstones that accentuate the corners of the building. The windows have classic wooden shutters and decorative indentations at their base as well as other decorative elements between them.

A large door opens into an area of approximately 180 sqms which includes several WCs at the back for customers and a small storage room constructed using non-permanent, top-quality, plasterboards. Here one can look out from the two large windows and a large central glass door with its charming balcony and see the picturesque port and lake of Voulismeni.
There is a door in the back leading out into a small, paved courtyard and another exterior staircase that reaches the terrace.
The terrace is also about 180 sqms and includes a building of 53 sqms. It is surrounded by a glass balustrade that does not distract from the design or the amazing view looking over the port, the lake, and the mountains beyond, as well as the stunning bay of Mirabello.
