The design of the Aghios Dimitrios project, takes advantage of the rustic environment of the existing olive grove, following a minimal cubistic geometry that allows the merging of contemporary architecture with traditional.
The project consists of four, two storey residences, where each residence has three en suite bedrooms, an open kitchen and living room area, while on the exterior there is a swimming pool and a BBQ area with an adjacent lounge area.
The design of the exterior area focuses on the summer character of the house, placing the pool parallel to the living room so as to work as an extension of the latter, an effect that is enhanced by the use of a large window opening. Regarding the 1st floor, an exterior staircase leads you to the upper floor where there is the terrace and a lounge area from where you can obtain an unobstructed view towards the sea .
