The ground floor of the same building has a main area of 38.21 sqm and 9.28 sqm of extra space, which is currently used as a gym with changing rooms and a hammam. It has an outdoor area with a goldfish pond. It can easily be converted into an additional small residence and the pond into a small raised yard.
