This spacious house is situated in the old town of Chania within the narrow alleys and next to the beautiful square of Splantzia!
The main entrance is on the ground floor and opens onto a spacious and open living room and then to the kitchen/dining area. On this level is a bathroom and a spacious
veranda at the back, perfect for a barbecue!
From the living room a wooden staircase rises to the first floor and the two bedrooms and bathroom on that level.
The third floor is comprised of one large bedroom with a balcony overlooking the square. There is a storage space and a big veranda at the back of this floor.
It is important to notice that the roof is accessible by the same staircase that connects the floors so could be used as a roof garden or equipped with a Jacuzzi with views of the whole city.
